Syed Amir Nidzamuddin bin Dato’ Syed Abu Hussin was conferred with a Law Degree (LLB Hons) in 2011 from International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM). He obtained his Masters in Management from the University of Bath, UK in 2013.
Syed Amir is a member of the Malaysian Bar and an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya since 2012.
Syed Amir specializes in the corporate law area of practice and has vast experience in handling development of renewable energy based projects, as well as large scale corporate and M&A transactions.
Acting on behalf of the project owner and developer, he manages the relationship between various stakeholders such as shareholders, regulators, state government and its related agencies, equipment suppliers, contractors, consultants & land owners. He has accumulated vast strategic acumen throughout his years in the industry to be able to effectively advise and maneuver projects from a legal as well as strategic standpoint.
He is also adept at managing corporate matters with respect to private & public listed entities and also handles a variety of Mergers & Acquisition related matters within & out of the renewable energy sector.
Mohd Badrulanas Bin Adenan is a Law Degree (LLB Hons) graduate from the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) in 2021. He was called to the bar on 19th August 2022 before Yang Arif Puan Noorin Binti Badaruddin.
He began his legal career as a chambering student at Messrs Asiah & Hisam in Bangi, focusing on Conveyancing matters and Business Loans involving Perbadanan Nasional Berhad (PERNAS) and Perbadanan Usahawan Nasional Berhad (PUNB).
After completing his chambering period, he decided to join Messrs Syed Amir Naqib & Co as a Partner, where he continues to practice in Conveyancing matters.
